I hate doing the Village of Deception. I don’t thing anyone either, after their 2nd 3rd time. Now that we have OGHC ultra fast mode why can’t we have Village of Deception Ultra Fast Mode too? Thanks

There’s barely any dialog interaction with NPC aside from the 1st phase for villa, and the already approved no alt requirement is still pending for implementation. So.. Which part do you mean? :thinking:

Even though I want the cards of this instance more than anything, and even though I think some of the mechanics in this instance has garbage design, I’ll still say that a “skip to boss” option would be bad. -1 from me

I think the instance needs some touch-ups though.

1- From what I’ve seen, area 3 feels much more annoying in this server compared to what I see in kRO streams. The plagues seem to spam gravity way too much, the mobs are too scattered and high quantity making it take long to get rid of them. I eat a billion gravities in the face before I can clear all the mobs. I don’t know if I’m doing something wrong, maybe I don’t understand the mechanics/AI behavior, but it feels way too frustrating.

Yes I’m not interacting with the tables in Area 2 most of the time, because it takes way too long to do it. But the people I see in streams also don’t do it, and yet they handle Area 3 easily.

2- Reapers in Area 1 sometimes hit multiple times and instakill when touched, even though most of the time they hit once. I’m not sure why it happens. Happens rarely so its not a big deal.

3- Reapers have extremely large hitboxes, it can be frustrating trying to click the ground to move in Area 1 since the game thinks we’re clicking the reapers even though the cursor is nowhere near them

4- The multiclienting requirement sucks, obviously, can’t wait for it to be removed.

I’m not sure this even works here. As I’ve did it u knowingly for like a week before figuring out it’s a waste of time. I normally just bring my alt cardi to mediatio me before entering the 3rd area and use both yggs, seems to work for me.

Also, -1 the suggestion. If there is a precedence, then it will spiral out of control for other instances.

@Akin actually yes. After thinking clearly for some time the original solution of boss skipping is also -1 for me(it’s too maximalist of a stand and it will be bad to set this as precedence).

However as very well elaborated in Jinbou’s reply, the instance is probably, or should be more enjoyable than its current state in this server, and thus a fix is welcomed instead, especially on the gravity damage spam /food part. That’s all from me

the instance in this server doesn’t have the wall trick since the reapers move from wall to wall (or have a large hitbox like jinbou said). also the reapers here kill players whereas it doesnt in official.

as for reduce gravity in 3rd stage, i also think that the trigger chance is too high. you can literally dance for a few seconds with the reapers in official and theres little chance you get the debuff.

Moving to rejected.

Instances with alot of dialogs are good targets for fast mode (look at OGH) but we dont intend to cut instances with no dialog and turning them into an small Boss rush.
