Update the Warper Checks for Dungeon Access

Description:
Currently, the Warper will not send you to dungeons that you have not visited even if you meet applicable criteria (Episode access, level requirement, etc.). I propose that this be amended for the Warper to check that you meet these requirements and send you on your way even if you haven’t walked to that dungeon on your own for the first time.

Why is this a good idea?
Genuinely, this feels like it is an element of respect for the player’s time. NPCs and portals exist to already appropriately gatekeep the dungeon/town from players who do not meet appropriate level requirements, and - potentially - it can lead to players actively trying to farm in other areas in the lead-up to their endgame grinds. One experience I have seen multiple times is that I have had to volunteer to guide individuals to the Clock Tower Unknown Basement (which isn’t a far walk!) solely because the Warper doesn’t do that. It’s a small convenience, but it builds goodwill from the people who want to try new places, but may get frustrated with not understanding and then kvetch on Global chat about it. On the farming aspect, I finally found my way to the Abandoned Power Plains in search of a new grinding spot and just had to deal with the slight annoyance of walking from Oz Dungeon to the Plains (again, not a far walk!) but just left a sour taste in my mouth that I had quested and done the work requisite, but, for some reason, that wasn’t enough and I still had to “prove” that I could walk one whole map to talk to an NPC for the Warper to recognize that ‘oh, yep. This guy is allowed to be here now.’

What risks or downsides does it have?
In the case of dungeons/portals with level requirements, you could see people finding themselves in areas that they are too weak to be in and dying (imo, a learning experience for all players, it happens). Increased MVP’ing maybe (though I don’t think that’s a downside) from people farming the ‘field’ MVPs on new characters they grind up because now they don’t have to walk to Abyss 4 the first time to kill Detale, for example.

Additional Info:
I tried to search the Suggestions forum and didn’t see if this had been suggested before (Admittedly, I got lost in the myriad number of requests for new save points, so maybe searching for ‘Warper’ was a dumb idea). But, if feasible, I think this is just a good quality of life update for people. Would love to have an open discussion to the contrary, however.
