Turn Garden of Time into a town

I think garden of time is a very cool map with cool design and cool music, so I would love for it to get treated as a town map, which means :

  • Appear in the town warper
  • Deactivate grey map there
  • Add warper and daily quests npc next to the save points
  • Freeze consumable timers
