Add the official server Thanatos Tower elevator from Floor 7-9.

Why is this a good idea?
It cuts off the quest requirement to just the signing of the Rekenber Contract from the receptionist. A major QoL change from the current requirement.
What risks or downsides does it have?
None. People can already access the dungeon levels via the World Tour Ticket, so concerns about increase in population won’t be justified.

Not sure if custom or kRO has updated this later on, but in iRO, you can access all floors via the elevator.
