Suggestions regarding the illusion refine boxes

Hi GMs,

For starters, I don’t mind grinding.. But the pain of grinding for the illusion refinement boxes is too much. I mean the drop rates of those are horrendous.

I would like to suggest if possible if we could do the same mechanics in NovaRO. That instead of the horrendous drop rates, there would be a 100% reward of the refinement box of choice once the quest has been completed.

Here are the illusion dungeons mechanics:

  1. the refine boxes can only be given once both illusion dungeon pairs have been completed (the pairs are Moonlight and Frozen, Vampie and Abyss, TeddyBear and Underwater 1, Luanda and Twins and lastly Labyrinth and Underwater 2)

  2. the quests cannot be reset if its corresponding pair hasn’t been completed yet. (i.e I have finished the Luanda quest, but I cant reset the luanda quest if I haven’t finished the Twins quest)

  3. In the case of the quests haven’t been reset on the duration of a day, it will be automatically reset on the next day.

Hello everyone, I would like to propose the idea of adding 1x Refinement Box to the Daily Hunt rewards of the Illusion Dungeons, a box corresponding to the finished quest map, in addition to the Forgotten Heirloom and the Illusion Stone, we would also gain a corresponding Refinement Box from the finished Daily Hunt .

It’s RO, u need farm. 0.15% drop rate is huge. Why turn a beautiful server into a second NovaRo?

0.15 is high in what world? Okay, there’s a grind in the game and all, I think it’s valid, but does it need to be more exhaustive griding?

Since this server has the Safe Refine Ticket system, I don’t think adding those Illusion Boxes as a Quest Reward is bad. But a slightly higher drop rate like 0,3%-0,4% would be pretty neat.

Lately I’ve been talking a lot with people from my clan who also migrated to this server, I believe that adding box as a guarantee is bad, but the current drop doesn’t work… I follow Yrsenn’s idea of a drop between 0.3~ 0.4, drop 1 box out of 1500 monsters… no conditions

Yeah… a small increase in drop rate wouldn’t hurt. Also, I correct myself where I said “bad” intead of “good” (can’t edit for some reason), because guaranteed illusion box will mess up progression and economy in general.

You can do the Daily for illusions 15x/day in all Dungeons.
With 0,15% you get a box every 667 mob (theory)
When i do my Daily runs i get at least 2 boxes from the Dungeon. I think Thats fair and enough.
For Refine tickets you can Farm other Weapons and armors. (Look wiki. Alot of items can be used for it.)

I have 2 opinions regarding this and yes I know the pain of grinding and the result is not like what we all players expect and I think we should not expect as well even I wasted coins for using HE BBG which I should not to but I finally understood
I do believe Muh has good reason to keep it at 0.15% it is just for the sake of the market and not to abuse the refinement system + safe refine ticket

I think with more players farming its price will drop too but not so bad
but if I have to agree about an increase I think 0.30% is ok
