Add the option to determine at least the second enchant on Star Seal Accessories
Its a quite many years old item and more recent ones have this possibility
Plus its a total mess to get the double enchant you want and the there is the high upgrade cost from level 1 to 5
Making it a tiny bit less frustating could help

Newer Accs dont let you choose at anytime.
Also Stellar still and its gonna still end game gear, its not that hard to enchant. There is no sense in making it easier

Stellar will be BiS gear for a long time, even longer with HoL in mind. Its the same as with Nebula Hammer.
