Npc that gives you any Player based skill that can be copied via Shadowspell and Reproduce to the player (only Rouge, Stalker and Shadow Chaser)
Reason: Its always troublesome to get the skill copy, sure you could make a second acc or ask another player, but it allways takes additionel time. A simpler way to make more use of this unique skill.
