Replace the Kafra in Frontier enchant room with a storage chest

Right now the Kafra only gives access to storage 1, which may not have the mats you need to enchant/craft frontier crowns or dimensions shoes, replace her with a normal storage chest that gives you access to all your storages like you did in Ice Castle.

For some reason I recall the kafra being added after the initial release of ch1. I could be wrong… but im not sure why we didnt do this from the start if so.
