Remove blessed etel dust craft recipe

considering recent changes, i do think it’s reasonable to remove crafting recipe for blessed etel dust.
we have way better sources for it now, and it’s crafting is a straight up waste of material/money should go along with grading’s old “pity” system(which we already dont have anymore)
there’s also an alternative of putting it under some restriction, or in some hardly avaliable place(kinda like Kkat is handled)
or maybe even reworking it, to make it work with DustBack™ system, and not against it(although, i’m not sure that is possible without hurting DustBack™ system’s intent)

It was already never a good idea to craft it before the update, so now you have even less incentive. It was and stays a newbie trap, so unless the recipe is changed it should be removed or hidden so that only the people who know what they’re doing can craft it
