Description: Allow for the past slot machine costumes to be recycled into tickets. If a costume cost 20 tickets, recycling it will give you 10 tickets back.
Why is this a good idea?
Allow players who used their coins before the slot machine update to get tickets.
What risks or downsides does it have?
Right now I cant think of a downside (except the coding work)
