QoL Disable GTB while inside towns or safe zones

This would allow for people to be buffed easier while in a safe place. Just a nice QoL change

The only exception would be if someone used @duel. But that’s a minor use case compared to getting buffed by your party more easily

I’m a GTB enjoyer and this suggestion is absolutely unnecessary. It takes less than two minutes to swap or unequip gears.

You could put the same shield or any other shield really on hotkey along with your main shield and swap manually when at towns when rebuffing. I don’t have GTB but I do that with many other equips to remove converter/element buff, cast equip buffs, greed, etc.
