Please speed up the event starting process

3 minutes followed by an explanation is too long, especially when the same event happen 2x in a row (currently its falling floors x2). It could easily be cut down to a 1.5 minute start and that would still be plenty of time to accommodate people that need to get there.

I like the 3 minute heads up, it’s a nice amount of time if I’m in the middle of talking or mid-farming but still want to join in.
