Any modification to Headgear-, NPC-, Monster- or Class-Sprites is now prohibited / blocked. (grfs which remove headgears, change/resize monster/class sprites can no longer be used)

- Episode 20 has been added.
- Mjolnir Underground Cave: Monsters will cast skills less frequently.

Items/Item handling
Fixed the drop rates for item generated drops (e.g. from Red Lantern, Mimic Card) to follow the server’s logarithmic droprate formula.
Item generated drops (e.g. from Red Lantern, Mimic Card) will now suffer a drop rate penalty if you kill monsters 30 levels or more below your character. (Penalty starts at 5% and increases by 5% each 10 level difference - capped at 90%)- Fixed Garuda Hat’s extra loot chance to be 1% per refine (was 0.1%).
- Reworked contents in Mysterious Eggs.
- Added Episode 20 Cards to Old Card Album and MVP Card Scroll.
- Added Episode 20 field/dungeon MVPs to Bloody Branch.
- Time Dimensions Rune Crowns are now tradable.
- Reworked more multislot costume items to occupy one slot only.

NPC
- Evangeline Applewind (Pet Fairy) has been added at Neustadt 85 234: She offers services related to Pet Disguise.
- MuhRO Manager:
- Will now additionally serve to redeem donations. You can choose between regular points or Muh Thanks Tickets.
- Added a Ticket shop where you can exchange Muh Thanks Tickets to Muh Vouchers or Premium Pet Disguise Coins.
- Can now be called anytime with @redeem or by clicking on Muh Thanks Tickets.
Ero: added Rokugatsu Shop- Moved some NPCs in Main Office by one cell so it’s easier to target each one.
- Moved some NPCs in Eden to have more space between them.
- Fixed Moonlight Flower and Cat o’ Ninetails no longer have fixed spawn location.
- Reverted all monsters to their original look.
- Goblins now have their weapon added to their name. E.g. Goblin (Knife)

- Added new command @hidehateffect(s) (also available at Settings NPC): this will turn off all headgear/garment effects.
- Added new command @hideflamegiant (also available at Settings NPC): this will turn off Flame Giant Costume Sprites only.
Updated BGM in Neustadt and Alice Twisted Madness- KS Protection no longer activates for monsters near an MVP.
- Fixed an issue that could cause the whole server’s movement/attack speed to be broken.
- All occurences of “Issgard” have been changed to “Isgard”.
Earlier changes (Already live)
- Fixed @restock to abort on overweight instead of dropping items on the floor.
PvP / GvG
- WoE / BG Buff movement speed reduced to 13.33cells/s. This speed can still be surpassed with buffs like Cart Boost, Ventus, Speed Potion.
- Monsters are no longer affected by PVP damage reduction.
Battlegrounds
- Storm Gust Scroll can no longer be used.
Episode 20 Cards will be deactivated.
