MVP spawn npc/room

Is it possible to get a room with a npc that allows you to spawn mvps?
you can give the npc items to spawn mvp’s , the easier it is to farm the items the more you need ofc.
There can even be the possibility to add 15 of that mvp’s loot item to get a boosted version of said mvp that has slightly higher drop chance.

This might be possible, but it would require additional balancing based on the suggestion

It would need to be expensive to use, to avoid easy mvp card farming.
