Title: Change Pokemon participation logic to be voluntary rather than default.

Many players are interested in discovering Ragnarok Online especially with the "kro-style" approach that you offer. Now that this pokemon update has come out, we are forced to loot pokeball we can't even drop, that we are probably never going to use. We are forced to see constant announcements regarding legendary pokemon spawning.
Why is this a good idea?
It removes the over all noise. It let player enjoy Ragnarok without the burden of seeing pokemon related content.
What risks or downsides does it have?
No downside, people that wants to play pokemon are free to play pokemon, I just think it's a good idea if it's not forced on everyone.
Bonus point if a @hidepokemon command is also provided.
