Lower the requirement to remove costume enchant

Alot of the time i have my “AFK” non enchanted costume set and my “Farming” enchanted costume set,
but once in a while when you want to spice things up a little bit with the “Farming” set

At the moment it feels much much affordable by just buying a new enchant stone to directly replace it,
Indirectly deleting the pool of enchant stones circulating in our market,
seeing that certain enchant stones are weighted lower, might not be great with low population.

Just ran into this issue myself, bought teleport stone for 10m, now cant find another one and put this in the wrong costume like an idiot. to decard it takes 250, which is worth way more than the stone itself.
