Increase/change Blacksmith's Blessing amount on NPC

Hello,

As of now we have a very high demand on Blacksmiths Blessing on the Server. Player-farmed Blacksmiths Blessing can’t satisfy the amount that’s needed and prices are spiking absurdly. For this scenario there should’ve been the possibility to buy them from the NPC Dus the Smith. But his stock is most of the time empty because he’s not restocking enough or is outright bought from players who want to profit on inflated prices.

My suggestion would be to either:

(a) tie the NPC shop to the Master Account aka personal amount per day
(b) drastically shorten the restock time
(c) massively increase the amount of BSB’s that are restocked/hold in the NPC shop

Lots of new players are slowly reaching mid game gears and the supply does not meet the current demand.

I prefer option A+B, but any of the suggestions is good. hope this gets looked into.
