Include Happy Balloon and Indigo Rear Ribbon in Poring Balloon Enchant List

Description:
Currently, the NPC Enchanter Azzan Lucky enchants several mouth-slot items from the Poring/Balloon family. However, the item Happy Balloon (ID 19095) is not included in the enchantment list, even though it clearly belongs to the same thematic and functional family (balloon-type, EXP/drop-oriented gear).

I would like to suggest adding:

Happy Balloon (ID 19095)

Indigo Rear Ribbon (ID 19243)

to the list of items eligible for Poring Balloon enchantments.

Both items already share similar purposes (EXP and drop rate bonuses) and visual/theme alignment with other balloon-family gear that can be enchanted.

Why is this a good idea?

Consistency: Items from the same family/category should follow the same enchant rules. This avoids confusion among players.

Item Value: These items would become more attractive and relevant in mid/late progression.

Gameplay Diversity: Players get more build options for farming and leveling setups.

Low Development Cost: This is a small database/flag inclusion, not a new system.

What risks or downsides does it have?

Slight increase in farming efficiency if strong enchants stack with existing bonuses.

However, this is already true for other balloon-family items, so it does not introduce a new balance problem—only parity.

Additional Info:
Other balloon-type items already benefit from this system, so extending it to Happy Balloon and Indigo Rear Ribbon would simply standardize the mechanic across similar gear.
This change would also reduce player confusion about which “balloon-type” items qualify for enchantment.

Fine with indigo rear ribbon, not fine with happy balloon. Happy balloon already gives you enough drop rate to lose another piece of drop rate gear and put on actual equipment. That’s more than an enchant already and doesn’t need to be any stronger.
