Increased Niflheim Equipment Box Drop Chance in Niflheim Dungeon 1- Added an NPC sell price to Muqaddas Weapon Boxes
- You can now see public chat from all characters that you can see (this was just missing in patch notes yesterday)
- Monsters are now more likely use their full skill set (there were cases monsters would repeat certain skills while ignoring others)
