Homogenize the POW/SPL gained from job level for Shiranui/Shinkiro

Male gets 11 POW from job levels
Male gets 0 SPL from job levels
Female gets 11 SPL from job levels
Female gets 0 POW from job levels

I’d like to see both these jobs get max stats from these so it doesn’t matter (as much) what gender I’d like to be.

I would like to also see this change!
One of the thing separate the 2 genders pre 4th job was the Kagerou get access to “Shadow Warrior” and the female counterpart get “Distorted Crescent”. It’s understandable if changes couldn’t be made due to them having different skill tree but now with the 4th job era, “Shadow Warrior” no longer relevance while “Distorted Crescent” can be access through Ninja’s LT weapon, the only different left is the base trait both job get.
I personally don’t see why numerical value can’t be change now that both gender different is blurred, if anything, for quality of life improvement to be able to look the way you want!

I also like this change, physical ninja getting 11 SPL would not influence anything, same is true for the opposite magic ninja with 11 POW.
