I suggest allowing the trade of [Bound] Life Insurance (12265) from the Eden Group to that NPC to allow access to those items without requiering Muh Coins.
Why is this a good idea?
This will allow players to access this item without the use of Muh Coin. It is a variation on the Life Insurance that is better suited for players who don’t die often, although the trade rate makes it a bit expensive.
What risks or downsides does it have?
None that i can think of. Despite the item not being time gated, it’s still single use.
