Happy Hour drop rates should scale based on mob density

Everyone jumps on HH when a good map is chosen with decent mob density, for example Power Plant 2, Oz 2, etc. There are several, but they are random. I saw a Amicitia 2 the other day… Anyways, a lot of the times garbage maps, even ygg tree maps (with no mobs at all) get chosen. This is more frequent than not and most of the time HH spawns with low density maps that just aren’t worth the trouble.

I think it would be a good idea to increase the drop rates for lower density maps. I think this would in turn encourage more use of HH.

Actually, this is how it already works, Low density maps have higher chances to give extra items
