Fire Basin Quest Skip Ticket

I want to suggest the implementation of a quest skip ticket for the Fire Basin quest and the rest (Bios Island, Morse, TODG). It makes no sense to me that we can access Ep15 and Ep16 instances without having to do the quest prior yet we need to do Ep14 quests to access them.
