Description:
Current BG HH run one hour before the start of WoE SE/TE (on Saturday & Sunday). Both WoEs are currently suspended for an indefinite period of time. Suggest to extend BG HH to TWO hours to fill the void of SE/TE.
Why is this a good idea?
The BG players have been asking for two hour HH as of late and this is the time to do it since WoE is inactive.
What risks or downsides does it have?
None, I am confident this suggestion will be welcomed greatly.
Additional Info:
Some of my guildmates would like to see additional changes to the rewards. (I will quote them here instead of SS since I did not ask their permission to share the SS.)
“I suggest during the off season woe, during woe time, there would be a special bg time. Where badge is doubled and every 2 bg round yield special bg chest, which gives same drop as woe chest.* *Like a quest npc for 2 bg round in bg waiting room.”
As well there is a call to add TE BGHH:
“Also enable te bg during off season te woe time only, to not spread the pvp player too thin.”

Yes to all, and to TE BG.
I think it would be a fun & fresh experimental thing, after all TE characters have no place to shine aside from TE WoE and now it’s been suspended indefinitely.

There won’t be a double Happy Hour in BG. We know it’s tempting, but once we go down that road, it could easily affect regular Happy Hours too ~ and we want to avoid that. Also, rewards won’t be adjusted during the WoE break. Thanks for your understanding!

@GM_Icecold Hello, thank you so much for the response! Then, I wonder if we can compromise and just change the current WoE timeslots for BG HH, at least until WoE comes back? I think that’s fair since it’s going to be an empty slot anyways, and it was always meant for PvP. Thank you in advance!

@GM_Icecold With the interest in pvp at an all time high (almost 40 member in pvp discord, which is 20-30% muh ro daily unique login and for a few days, every bg happy hour has successfully started bg, Sometimes the bg even continues long after bg happy hour ended) and no woe/changes this week, we can say that next week will be a crucial time for the pvp scene in muh ro. We need to seize this chance and make it more appealing to players before the hype died down. There’s even some talk that bg players are gonna join up to make another woe guild. To seize this chance, we need to have either rental pvp event, more prize on bg during woe time, or the come back of woe for next week (this option was from player and gm input).
Not that we’re pushing it on you mom, just something to keep in mind.
