Episode 20 Quest Cooldown

Hi Team,

Hoping we could make the cooldown of daily quests for EP20 similar to how EP19 works which resets at a certain time of the day instead of the time you finished it the day before (or I think 20 hrs difference).

@lexvs reset twice a day would be good too
