Today we have two separate systems for Shadow Gear enchanting, one is the randomness of the Books for shadows like Full Pene, Full Tempest, Maximum Mammoth and many “blue others”, and the other is for Master Shadow Set which you can choose your perfect enchant at a “higher” cost.
This suggestion is to balance more thing when speaking about enchanting. Today to enchant a non-Master is heavely RNG based thus making it a lot more expensive than the Master Shadow Set, which should be the hardest considering the type of Shadow it is.
There are 2 suggestions to balance things out:

Have the option to rerrol one choosen slot and not both when enchanting, so if I get Critical Damage +5% and a crap enchant I can try to rerrol only the second. Make this option for both slots of enchanting.

Add the option to choose at a higher price the enchant the player want per slot on the Shadow Gear, as it is done with Master Shadow actually.
This would balance a lot more the enchanting proccess of Shadow Gears.
Also an add-up suggestion to this one. Please make the books a bit cheaper, 2.5m for each attempt is HUGE haha
