Few Days ago I found something interesting. This was a Celine Dress but with an different sprite. After researching it turns out that it was indeed a LT version of the Dress.
It looks like something “offical” and even when 1-2 effects looks super derpy, its most likely Mid Tier.
Question is:
Can we add this to the reform NPC? It dont look like a broken gear and could be a fun early game gear for magic charakters and Abyss Chaser. It could cost the Green Armor stones and some HTF materials for the reform and could use the MVP Hammer for “safe refine”. Here if you want to read what the deal is with the armor:
