Bring restock magic back?

The new feature of allowing restock to take stuffs from any (open) storage is great!

But is it possible to allow @restock to take stuff from storage1 when no storage opened?

The old feature was so magical that its a shame its gone :pensive_face:

as much as i love it back then,
that @restock like that i feel like is flawed design.

  • making the player have no inventory management.
  • and like make kafra card have less value.
  • and can be abused with having unlimited consumable during fight pvm (keep macroing @restock, while u fight boss)

I’d want it back too, but the boss has spoken against it, so no luck.

I find inventory management boring and meaningless, not to mention that many classes can simply heal themselves and use no ammo / consumable. This puts some classes at heavy disadvantage, while old @restock kinda evened things for them. This is the only argument I can bring to the table, but it can easily be countered with “just play AM” :joy:

More thant that, inventory management is not a problem at all.
It shouldn’t be at least.
What with them easily available Kafra cards/ammos/quivers and the likes.

As for the old restock removal, from what I understood, it was never meant to work like that in the first place (understandably so), so I’d wager it’s unlikely to ever make a come back.
