Allow image/video attachments when creating bug reports
Description:
As per title, I am suggesting to allow image/video attachments when creating bug reports similar to the options available from creating new suggestions.
Why is this a good idea?
It makes it easier/more streamlined to post new bug reports and should help moderators evaluate/approve bug posts more easily (?)
What risks or downsides does it have?
Might introduce more server load/break current bug reporting template.

As you can see there is an option to add screenshots/video but I am unable to attach any of the aforementioned media via Ctrl +v or from the existing UI
Current suggestion posting template
There is an option to attach media/images and I could even paste images directly using ctrl + v from snipping tool
