I did the quest recently and completed it normally. The only step “buggy” was the one to access biolabs using the pipes, but I don’t know if there’s another quest that my character need to properly use it, so I just used warper to go into bio labs dungeon.

Having unlocked this today.. Yeah its buggy. You have to complete Cursed Spirit first, which the Wiki does NOT specify.
You cant actually enter the sewer pipes after talking with the first NPC. You just skip the entire sewer pipe section and manually walk to floor 4 of biolabs and it triggers the end of the questline. THEN it will unlock Wolchevs Lab instance.
