Description:
Add rental NPC to Main Office's basement near the stat/skill reset NPC.
Why is this a good idea?
For classes that require rentals to use certain skills (Biolo's cart boost, Most Mado skills, etc.), it's silly to have to go upstairs and rent again before being able to test a new build.
What risks or downsides does it have?
None
Additional Info:
As a biolo main, it's frustrating when switching builds and only realizing I forgot my cart when I go to do something. It's also just strange we have the skill reset NPC right there but the rental NPC upstairs...
