Add Kamishi's 700 Cloth Palette

Hi, there is a big number on cloth palette but I do think most of it are repetitive and plain. I suggest to add Kamishi’s 700 Cloth Palettle to add more real and exciting colors to the game.

It would be cool to add more options on top of what we already have AND remove the repeats

+1, im not sure how much difference the Kamishi’s color palette is compared to our muh version but its nice to have more option, maybe can add one more option thats says "Cloth Color (Kamishi’s palette)
