Elemental Masters can also buy their summons from the Para Market NPCs. Technically their summons are also just extra utility/damage boosters. So why are they allowed to have these damage boosters?

You don’t, you can buy all of these from the NPC.
Biolos literally have like 90% of brewing materials sold by Dye the Alchemist in Para Market, I don’t know what you’re talking about.
come on where is the fun if everything get feed. peace
I’m down if we remove all Para Market NPCs, it’s all or nothing lol. Doesn’t matter if its a must for attacking, you can play Mayhemic Thorns or Cart Cannon if you don’t feel like brewing Acid Bottles/Bottle Grenades.

I might be talking out of my ass on that but, aren’t the bottles and elemental ores also available in the Paramarket on the officials (iRO at the very least)?
That would explain why those are sold and not the other classes’ crafting materials.
As for the suggestion, I don’t really dig it but should it come to pass, I just want to add that Sins are not the only class that have to farm for their shit.

You’re right, I checked and ONLY the elemental ores are the only ones available in official servers (via divinepride).
My point still stands, Biolos have the privilege to just buy Bottle Grenades and Acid Bottles (Glistening Coats too) from the Para Market NPC at an almost unlimited amount, and very cheap too.

Could you please list down some jobs that require you to farm for their class-specific consumables?

On an additional note, I’m only suggesting this because it’s impossible to find someone that have stocks of Anolian Skins since people don’t really do Endless Tower / Cellar / Infinite Space here. There’s no active economy for low-tier loots because there’s no point in farming these old Instances/Fields/Dungeons.
Not to mention there is literally NO MERIT of farming low-tier dungeons even for newbies because the mobs give very little raw zeny drop, you’re better off farming the highest dungeon you can. Additionally, most newbies just skip and breeze through the “early game” phase of the game, which is leveling or farming in lower tier dungeons. Most newbies just ignore the early game leveling part and only realistically start playing the game on 4th jobs, which at this point they can already wear Glacier Weapons, and would be enough to farm low tier Illusion Dungeons / Episode 18 Maps.
There are a lot of issues regarding low-tier loot economy but that’s for another discussion, I just want my Anolian Skins ![]()

Sure.
RKs do need to farm for their runes as the Rune dealer only sell the basics.
WS/Mechas need to do it too, for their FAW/ABR machine.
Even Biolos still need to farm for their herbs/seeds/plant bottle (not to mention their buffing potions, most of which need unsold materials).
Heck, you could even throw Acolytes in there, with their holy water (that one is low effort farm tho).
@Aqua Biolos have the privilege to just buy Bottle Grenades and Acid Bottles (Glistening Coats too) from the Para Market NPC at an almost unlimited amount, and very cheap too.
Might be my personal bias as, even if I don’t main Biolo, I do have one (Acidified Zone) and I witnessed first hand just how hard one person getting greedy has hit a part of the playerbase.
There’s litterally peeps that shelved their Biolos or sold their gears to rebuild something else.
Overreaction maybe but I can’t say I ever saw that kind of pseudo-meltdown from any other class/build in my time here.
Nobody saw this coming.
As for your addendum, I wholeheartedly agree with you.
I’m just not partial to your solution.
Especially as I think the problem stems mainly from Pyrexia costing way too much skins for a debatable return (dunno what they on but Gvity devs be hitting some good shit).

Biosphere dungeons drop majority of the Rune Materials aside from Blue Hair, which arguably is an easier thing to farm than Anolian Skins since you need 20 Skins for an average of 5 Pyrexias, as compared to RK where you only need 1 Blue Hair and Claw of Desert Wolf for 1-3 Runestones. In terms of farm to materials conversion, it’s very efficient for them at the very least since every mat they loot is already one piece of Rune.
WS/Mechas need to do it too, for their FAW/ABR machine.
Oridecon Hammers and Mini Furnaces can be bought from the NPC in geffen, (geffen_in 110, 172) for the ABR Capsules.
Steels and Irons can be bought from Para Market (paramk 49, 103) for the FAW Machines.
Even Biolos still need to farm for their herbs/seeds/plant bottle (not to mention their buffing potions, most of which need unsold materials).
Herbs can be bought from the NPC in Para Market (paramk 75, 102) for Red/Blue Herb Activators
Seeds are easily farmable with Harvester Hat, and they can be bought from @ws very easily too.
Heck, you could even throw Acolytes in there, with their holy water (that one is low effort farm tho).
Come on, Holy Waters are sold in Tool Dealers xDD

Easier or not, you still need to farm for it.
I’d also argue that not everyone and their mother is on the powerlevel to farm Biosphere yet, and even then, you’d want to start on your runes way before that.
@Aqua Come on, Holy Waters are sold in Tool Dealers xDD
Yeah, I was mostly taking the piss on that one (I don’t remember it being sold tho).
@Aqua you need 20 Skins for an average of 5 Pyrexias
Tis’ as I said.
For me, the problem is there, not on the fact it isn’t sold.
Shouldn’t cost so much skins for so little a return, that’s bogus.

All the mats required to make Lux Anima Runestone is sold by NPCs though. Which is all that matters for DK, the other runes are not nearly as important. In that way, it’s actually a great comparison to Pyrexia, since Pyrexia is the only poison SC really cares about, and the other poisons are not really important.
Assuming gold/light granule being provided by NPCs is a custom feature(?), I have to agree with the suggestion. They’re pretty much the same thing, so either Lux Anima mats should be removed or Pyrexia mats should be added.

@jinbou Somewhat true.
But then again we could also argue about Poison bottles being available.

Still think this is the main issue.
The poison to mats ratio is way off on this.
