Ability to open item info tab using url and wiki integration

Make the ability to go to a tab from Item info page using hash in url. Ex. https://muhro.eu/flux/?module=item&action=view&id=502#vend should open Live market view data.
Add wiki macros so we could point to appropriate tab directly. Ex {{linkVendItem:502}}
