Id like to suggest to remove this ancient requirement from stone age, imo its nothing but unnecessary annoyance to decard. Instead raise the zeny needed a little.

the official way to decard is as follows:
Pay 100k zeny to decard 1 card out of 1 piece of equipment at a 5% chance.
If the weapon for example has 4 cards inside it, its 400k zeny per attempt to decard all cards at a 5% chance.
This gem requirement and star crumb requirement is a pserver thing and does not exist anywhere other than on pservers and was introduced back when star crumb used to be rare on low rate servers.

so for the time being until we get the official card remover, i suggest to remove the annoying requirement
if not even official servers do such silly requirement, why should we?
