Hello, I just carfted the Helm of Faith (Sorcerer) and tried to convert it into a costume, but it shows “there is no custume version available for this item, please report to GM team…”
According to this link https://forum.muhro.eu/d/911-costume-version-of-helm-of-faith-genetic, it seems that all the helm of faith items should be now be convertible into costumes. Could you please help me figure out why this is happening?
I couldn’t find the appropriate forum to ask this question, so I’m posting it here. If this is an issue, I’ll delete it and repost it the correct place.

Friend, what happened was simple… only 1 version of each helmet can be transformed into a costume. I have several of these helmets of faith because I think they are particularly beautiful.
Version: (Helm of Faith II/ ID 400219) is not eligible to become a costume, only version: (Helm of Faith/ ID 400218) can be transformed at the moment.
I hope they can include all versions and avoid this kind of thing again.

Oh it wasn’t helm of faith (sorcerer), but it was helm of faith II (warlock/400179).
I didn’t know that Helm of Faith II cannot be converted into a costume. To be honest, I didn’t even realize that there is number “II” in it. I just bought the first one… Anyhow it took me weeks to made this helm. Could you please help me convert it to a costume, GM?
