Pintados Festival permanently open

Hello Muh staff. I would like to humbly request to make the the Pintados festival for creating agimat tattoos to remain permanently open. I think the requirements to open it is too much with the current state of the game, where no one really cares about this anymore. BUT, there might be some people who would want to get them for reasons (Me personally)

Here is the list of requirements that it’s needed to open

Yeah. Either significantly reduce the mats required to make it soloable (>90%) or just open it permanently.

I don’t see any harm in opening this permanently - hecc, newbies might even like getting a tattoo without a huge hassle. +1
