Fixed Costume Snow Rabbit Wig to take mid slot only.

All Champion monster’s respawn time is now 3 minutes. (was 5 minutes)
Fixed Biolo / Meister summons:- They now follow/stick to their master properly.
- They now can be attacked by monsters.
- They now disappear on logout (including buffs).
- Their buffs will now be removed when they die.
Monsters should no longer spawn at the edges of maps.
Damage Display and actual Damage from monster attacks should now be synchronous. This should result in less position desync and no more teleporting after seeing the attack hitting to avoid it.
Fixed an issue at Horr which could block taking the daily quest.
Skills
Fixed Asura Strike:- Bonus damage no longer gets multiplied by skill ratio.
- No longer ignores DEF but treats Hard Def as Soft Def.
- Damage is no longer reduced by RES.
- A Status Icon will now be displayed for the duration SP recovery is blocked.
Fixed Counter Slash adding Agi and Job Level to base damage rather than skill ratio.
Fixed Shield Press:- VIT/Refine bases bonus damage will now always hits and no longer gets multiplied by skill ratio.
- Only Base STR is now applied to skill ratio.
- Damage is no longer 5 times higher than intended.
Fixed Shield Chain: bonus damage no longer gets multiplied by skill ratio.
Fixed Freezing Trap: bonus damage no longer gets multiplied by skill ratio.
Fixed Elemental Ball Release damage: it’s 200% independent of Skill/Base/Job Level.
Fixed Triple Attack to deal 3 damage to Plant Protocol Targets.
Fixed Spiral Pierce:- Base Damage will now be multiplied with 0.7.
- Bonus Damage is no longer affected by elemental adjustments.
Fixed Cart Cannon / Arm Cannon: ATK from Cannon Balls is no longer affected by P.ATK.
Fixed Grand Cross to ignore MRES.
Other
Optimize movement client ↔ server communication. This should help with movement desync.
