A option to raise the difficulty on a instance.
For example by applying a buff to all spawning npcs or something.

Making the instance harder if you choose, maybe for a extra reward. instance points/exp/heirlooms anything.

So i noticed most ppl actively making pt when an instance is hard enough to do it solo.
When already geared, most ppl will actually prefer to solo the instance to monopolize the reward.

This will kill party play in the long run,
Everyone will solo everything eventually.

Is it possible to implement some kind of reward that player can get only when they finish the instance with 7 or more people (with diff ip adresss / master acc to prevent abuse)?

Maybe some kind of custom costume / RNG Mats? Maybe pity refine tickets? Idk

This way, people will actually want to form a pt with newbies / old friends instead of solo everything.

Isn’t 7 a little too much? I mean, 4 is already a good number.

But I like the idea. Currently I’m rushing some CT runs with 4 more friends, it’s the best part of my daily play

10 ~ 12 would be a little too much, 7 seem fair for this kind of reward, so we can make more parties playing together as the same they’re doing on #LFG going into Instances with 12/12 ppl. (I guess that’s the point, so I fully agree with this system)

Some extra thoughts,
Maybe the unique reward should be untradable to prevent shady deals that will defeat the purpose? (“i will carry you all through this instance but give me your unique reward afterwards”).

Or maybe its better to make it as reputation point system?
That way the rewards can be flexibly adjusted thru the rep shop.
And dont forget to make the point diminish each day to actually urge ppl do instances regularly with other people.

so you basically want to force players to go with a party, even if they don’t want to, to get whatever kind of bonus reward

I really liked the idea of something more to encourage party play. That way IF you’re solo player and want to do it solo for rewards/self satisfaction, then you’re all set, not gonna lose anything from it (the rewards you already have won’t be taken away from you), and if you’re a party player, you will get that extra spice to make for it. I liked it a lot tbh, after some episodes, RO pretty much killed most of its “MMO” style.

I’m more of a solo player when it comes to Instances, aside from CT. I feel that we need to have more party play honestly. This suggestion made me a little excited coz that way you can bring ppl and not losing too much from soloing

(after all, whoever farm instances solo for zeny, will keep doing it, and will keep profiting from it, that’s how RO works, party play systems can hardly “outfarm” a player that solo instances like 20+ times a day to a point that makes you feel “obligated to group”. That’s why I liked the idea so much. Whoever wants to Solo for Farm, keep doing it and keep $$$ from it, and who wants to form party and all, will have this Encouragement for recruiting, organizing how to function inside the instance/teaching ppl and the increased time, rather than just: @party - Create Instance - PewPewSolo.)
