Title: Create a “baby size” costume stone
A costume stone that lets you be baby sized
Description:
It is currently possible by wearing both Giant and Shrink costume stones at the same time. This, however, is pretty clunky as the effect removes itself in 30 min, and if you get soul linked you have a purple ghost.
I think just having a baby size costume stone would be a better way to do it for us that want to be just a smidge smaller

Makes an existing (probably unintended) feature work better
What risks or downsides does it have?
None that I can think of, other then a flood of baby characters
