Block Teleport Commands Inside Tower of Trials

Title:
Block Teleport Commands Inside Tower of Trials

Description:
I would like to suggest disabling teleport commands such as @go, @lw, @fw, and similar commands while inside Tower of Trials.

ToT has a mechanic where only one player per instance can rejoin after leaving, so accidentally using one of these commands can waste that limited re-entry.

Why is this a good idea?
These commands can be used accidentally and immediately teleport the player out of the instance.

Since ToT is a long and difficult party instance, losing the single rejoin opportunity because of an accidental command can be unnecessarily punishing.

What risks or downsides does it have?
None significant.

If players still need a way to intentionally leave the instance, one specific command such as @load or @return could remain available.

Additional Info:
An alternative and more flexible approach could be implemented instead of a full block:

  • Introduce a global toggle command (for example @toggleteleport or @tt) that allows players to enable or disable teleport commands.
  • When the toggle is OFF, commands such as @go, @lw, @fw, and other teleport-related commands would be blocked.
  • When the toggle is ON, players can use teleport commands normally.
  • This would give players control over their own safety, preventing accidental teleports without removing functionality entirely.
  • The system could default to “blocked” upon entering ToT to avoid accidental misuse.

This would still prevent accidental exits from consuming ToT’s limited re-entry mechanic while offering more player flexibility.

Could also block teleport and make a specific ToT return command, like @totreturn for example
