Allow "Off" button in Equip to remove Shadow/Costumes

Title says it. Allow the “Off” button in the equipment to remove the Costumes and Shadow Equipment when on that screen. Currently the button only works on main equipment and doesn’t do anything when swapping over to the Costumes tab.

I would say make it tab dependent so that in case people want to remove one type of equipment or the other, it doesn’t remove EVERYTHING at once.
