Title: Allow character transfer from game account to another under same Master Account

Why is this a good idea?

  1. Rep is not shared between game account, this makes it more flexible for people so they can utilize their other tens of alts between doing rep locked instance/content i.e tan or d2 or use them for leeching quest/instance clear reward.

What risks or downsides does it have?

  1. market prices change

The reason this isnt easily available already is because it’s hard to touch that kind of internal data from one account to another, very messy and maybe even impossible with modern state of RO.
Wasnt impossible in past versions of RO (specially in pre-re) but every time a change like that happened would often cause loss of data about the char, even gears would go missing.

Now maybe there’s some new info about it that im missing but unless Muh comes here to say otherwise, i dont think its viable as a regular service.

If the issue is reputation being locked behind a game account? Why not suggest make the reputation progression to be master account wide? Its much more feasible to implement I think :folded_hands:
