Add @spam functionality

Add the possibility to queue up skills so that classes that combo skills into one another can do so properly.
Use case: I’m using a skill on turbo and want to manually activate Leap. Since my skill is turboing it’ll be spammed hard and the Leap skill will only be used if I press my key at the interval between skill activations. Requiring me to mash the Leap button so that it goes through.
@spam would enable skill queuing, allowing for my leap skill to be queued and used without it’s input being eaten by another command

Liked it a lot, usually e play EM, and being able to queue my skills (either damage or support), would be a very good QoL resource

I want to add this would be super useful for Impact Crater.

When you’re spamming Rolling Cutter with turbo, it’s almost impossible to use IC without stopping pressing turbo, as the spam is too fast and no amount of mashing helps. So you have to stop RC, wait a fraction of a second, use IC and then go back to turbo RC.

afaik there is still 0 server that able to replicate the @spam from that closed server was able to achieve. The same thing like how that server had /unlockfps. While it seems like a simple stuff for us as players, those are quite high end technologies that might take some times to develop.

It doesn’t mean that I’m against of having this on our server, I 100% support of having this and /unlockfps on our server. But I won’t be that disappointed if this is something that we won’t be getting anytime soon.

Who knows, maybe Muh is secretly cooking this behind the scene, like how we suddenly get Refine Pity System.
