Add [Rune Stone] NPC to the Training Chamber

Please add Rune Stone NPC to the Training Chamber. Both the free for all in the Main Office Basement as well as in the private instance Chamber.

Sometimes you also want to test how different Rune Tablet change your DPS without having to go out of the Main Office / Private Training Chamber to the Rune Stone NPC in @go Grade

I wonder if you can have an npc that gives rune buff that disappears when you leave the instance.

I would like to +1 myself here / Pumb this.

While testing druid it is really inconvenient to go back and forth to enchant office just to change your rune tablet for various testing stuff.
