Why is this a good idea?
Episode 17-18 Card Album already at shop, so why not just add Episode 19-21 Card Album in shop too?
What risks or downsides does it have?
I don’t think so. Since the Episode 19-21 Card Album was released in the shop, the Episode 19-21 Boss Card Album has only been dropped out of it about three times, as the chance of getting it is quite small. So this shouldn’t have much effect on the prices of MVP cards from the Episode 19-21 Boss Card Album. What about regular cards? No one cares about them anyway, with a base drop rate of 0.20%.
